Unnanu Bids text messaging terms

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Unnanu Bids is a bid and contract tracking application provided by Unnanu, Inc. to businesses that respond to government and commercial solicitations. These terms cover the text messages (SMS) sent by Unnanu Bids, for example from the PMCS Bids or IntegrateUs Bids workspaces.

What we text

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you agree to receive texts

Team members sign in to Unnanu Bids, open Notification settings under their name, enter their mobile number and tick the box shown below. Texts are off until they do this.

Clients and other contacts are texted only after they have told the company they work with that it may text them (in writing, by email, or on a call), and that company has recorded the consent, with its date and source, on the contact in Unnanu Bids.

How often

Message frequency varies. Reminders are at most one per weekday; other messages depend on your activity.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us. See the full Unnanu privacy policy.
